We are looking for an experienced Assistant to our Chief Creative Office, who has a genuine passion for being a part of our mission. This is located in our New York office, and, at this time, this role is in office five days per week.
In this role you will:
• Collaborate closely with the CCO to manage information and facilitate coordination and communication around AC’s production slate and active development projects
• Attend all meetings with the Chief Creative Officer to help coordinate and manage all follow-up overseeing the calendar management, setting and scheduling meetings, note-taking, rolling calls, etc.
• Coordinate with the studio team to help organize the CCO’s efforts supporting creative strategy, slate, and growth
• Rely on sound judgment and knowledge of the business priorities to ensure relevant meetings and tasks are scheduled and handled in a timely manner
• Participate in feedback generation, list making and strategy across the AC slate
• Collaborate with the entire Studio and Management divisions to achieve business goals
• Coordinate with other departments (People/HR, Finance, Accounting, Business Affairs, and Operations) to ensure that the Studio needs are being met and communicated
• Assist the Chief Creative Officer in running the creative slate of the company across multiple projects and initiatives that the team will be spearheading
We are excited about you because you are:
• An experienced Assistant who has spent a minimum of 2-3 years at an agency, management, or entertainment company on a senior executive-level desk
• Keen attention to detail, strong conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
• Self-directed, highly organized, and able to balance competing priorities
• You have an interest in a career in Studio and/or Production
• Proven ability to manage high volume, as well as your own time and prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals and objectives
• Excellent communicator with a charismatic personality
• Bonus points if you have an advanced degree
