Job Description

Job Duties:

·      Provide high-level administrative support including phone management, heavy and complex calendar management, expense reports, travel arrangements, general desk support. 

·      Liaise with clients, agents, attorneys, publicists, buyers, promoters, productions, studios, streamers, networks, and other industry contacts at the highest levels.

·      Support a fast-moving comedy business across scripted film and television, digital opportunities, live touring, music, brands, and producing.

·      Work closely with talent by providing administrative support for live appearances, brand partnerships, travel, itineraries, and coordinating vendors and partners supporting the client.

·      Draft email correspondence, send submissions, track incoming and outgoing material, and maintain detailed grids, lists, and follow-ups.

·      Use sound judgment, critical thinking, and practical problem-solving to make decisions efficiently and effectively in a high-pressure environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

·      Minimum of 1 year of desk experience at an agency, management company, studio, network, or similar entertainment company required.

·      Comedy experience or a strong interest in comedy is strongly preferred.

·      Must be able to handle an extremely high-volume desk with accuracy, urgency, and discretion.

·      Exceptional attention to detail is essential.

·      Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.

·      Positive attitude; highly organized, honest, proactive, driven, and detail-oriented.

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·      Strong interest in comedy business with a desire to learn, adapt, and grow within the company.
