Associate Sales Manager, Publishing/Digital Experiences

This position is Sales-driven energy and Relationships are key to the success of this role, both internally and externally. You will be required to actively manage and cultivate the engagement, partnership, and joint business planning with each account, new and existing, ultimately delivering strategic growth in licensing sales.
Responsibilities:
Strategy
Develop and implement a strategy for Disney’s Publishing/Digital Experience business with fundamental sales growth and new opportunities.
In alignment with Disney’s consumer, retail, and franchise strategies, identify and leverage storytelling opportunities to drive revenue and engagement.
Define areas of growth and ‘white space’ opportunities for Disney narratives and develop actionable plans to leverage these opportunities.
Sales
Manage existing licensees and their growth supporting Sales Managers
Identify and develop new business and sales opportunities based on business intelligence/ consumer insight to deliver growth objectives.
Collaborate with content development and product strategy teams for the creation of new content (all formats) to deliver business goals.
Partner closely with the regional team and leadership and ensure alignment of local strategies and plans with the region’s objectives.
Closely communicate with other lines of business for effective business results.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in areas such as sales, account /project management, digital channels/platforms, licensing, and retail.
Proven experience in achieving financial targets, and successful projects in the market - building effective relationships, managing change and collaboration across departments.
Good understanding of licensing business with brand and property positioning, retail distribution and environment, and licensees' production and creative capabilities/limitations.
Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyze data and construct practical conclusions.
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
Fluent in both Korean and English.
