About This Role

The UGC Account Manager is responsible for designing and executing strategies to grow BIGO LIVE’s UGC (User-Generated Content) ecosystem in the North America market. This role focuses on cultivating a vibrant community of creators, enhancing content quality and diversity, and driving user engagement and retention. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and analytical, with a strong passion for social media trends and community building.


Responsibilities

Creator Recruitment and Community Building

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard potential UGC creators/ambassadors from in-app and other social media platforms.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with UGC creators and ambassadors to ensure engagement and support, while delivering against KPIs including agency growth, revenue increases, and expansion of active broadcasters per agency.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive community environment that motivates creators to actively participate.


Content Growth & Campaign Success

  • Educate creators on best practices for producing engaging UGC content.
  • Provide feedback and support to help creators optimize their content for visibility, interaction, and community engagement.
  • Manage and track creator-driven UGC campaigns, ensuring goals (content output, engagement, participation) are met.
  • Organize workshops, webinars, or training sessions to improve content quality and creativity.


Project Reporting and Analysis

  • Collect, analyze, and report on key UGC metrics (content output, active creators, engagement rate, retention).
  • Provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting trends, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Use data insights to refine UGC strategies and improve future campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with Agency Management, Data, and Content Management teams to optimize UGC-related processes and initiatives.


Process Improvement & Innovation

  • Identify operational bottlenecks and develop scalable solutions.
  • Experiment with new engagement formats, incentives, and programs to expand creator participation and improve content diversity.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in UGC operations, content creator management, social media, influencer marketing, or community building.
  • Strong understanding of UGC platforms, creator trends, and social media ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategies.
  • Goal-oriented, with a proven track record of driving content and community growth.
