The role is designed for someone who can originate and close partnerships at a high level across brands, creators, celebrity talent, podcasts, and digital media. This is not a traditional coordinator or account management position. The ideal candidate is capable of leading partnership conversations directly with brands and talent representatives, structuring campaigns commercially, negotiating terms, and managing relationships beyond a single transaction.

Candidates should be comfortable navigating all aspects of a partnership lifecycle including sourcing opportunities, packaging talent, pricing, usage rights, timelines, exclusivity, paid media considerations, deliverables, and long-term strategic positioning for both clients and talent. The role requires strong commercial instincts, relationship management skills, and the ability to operate effectively across multiple active negotiations simultaneously.

The ideal background includes experience within brand partnerships, creator partnerships, talent representation, entertainment, digital media, influencer partnerships, or adjacent sectors of the creator economy. Existing relationships within wellness, CPG, beauty, gaming, fintech, sports, podcast, or entertainment ecosystems are highly valued.

The position is designed for someone interested in building meaningful long-term relationships across the brand and entertainment landscape while helping scale new partnership verticals internally at The Onyx.


Salary: $125-175k
