We're looking for an upcoming junior or senior with a passion for entertainment, brand strategy, or business development to join our team this fall.
📍 On-site | Beverly Hills, CA | 2–3 days/week

What You'll Do
- Support deal tracking, contract summaries, and business affairs documentation
- Assist with marketing campaigns across social, email, and digital channels
- Research brand partnership opportunities and competitor landscape
- Help coordinate licensing decks, pitch materials, and client presentations
- Draft internal briefs, content calendars, and campaign recaps
- Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, talent, and creative teams
Tools You Should Know
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) — required
- Google Workspace — required
- Canva — preferred
- Claude (AI) — preferred
- Social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X) — a plus
You're a Fit If You…
- Are an upcoming junior or senior in Business, Marketing, Communications, Entertainment, or a related field
- Are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Have strong written communication skills
- Have a genuine interest in brand licensing, IP, or the entertainment industry
