Location: Beverly Hills, CA

Employment Type: Full‑Time

Reports To: Founder & CEO, MemeHouse

About MemeHouse

-

MemeHouse is a cultural engine built at the intersection of live media, creators, and modern digital culture. We operate creator spaces, live productions, short‑form media, and real‑world events, all powered by a large inventory of high‑value production equipment and digital assets. MemeHouse runs:

  • Multi‑million‑dollar creator content spaces (e.g., studios and experience hubs).

  • A live‑streaming and production ecosystem that powers In Real Life (IRL) streaming and long‑form content on platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, and X.com.

We’re building the future of livestream‑first culture, and we’re looking for a Chief of Staff & Operations to own the daily engine that makes it all happen.

Role overview

-

The Chief of Staff & Operations is the Founder’s right‑hand operator and the central integrator across MemeHouse. You will own the day‑to‑day operations of the company while acting as a strategic partner to the Founder, ensuring that vision is translated into execution, systems are running smoothly, and teams can focus on creating culture rather than firefighting logistics.

You will coordinate between security, asset protection, productions, events, and creator teams, and you’ll be responsible for making sure that schedules, budgets, and priorities align with MemeHouse’s growth and creator‑first mission.

Key responsibilities

-

Founder partnership & strategic execution

-

  • Serve as the primary internal partner to the Founder, translating ideas, priorities, and ad‑hoc requests into structured plans, timelines, and checklists.

  • Prepare briefing materials, meeting agendas, and summaries for leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Track and drive key initiatives from concept to launch, including creator‑experience enhancements, new formats, and operational improvements.

Day‑to‑day operations leadership

-

  • Oversee the daily operations of MemeHouse’s studio spaces, production workflows, and event pipelines.

  • Ensure smooth scheduling for creators, shoots, events, and equipment use across multiple locations and platforms.

  • Identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and implement systems that reduce friction and increase throughput.

Cross‑team coordination & integration

-

  • Act as the central point of contact between security, asset protection, productions, events, and creator / partnerships teams.

  • Facilitate recurring cross‑functional syncs (e.g., weekly ops standups, pre‑event run‑throughs) to align priorities and resolve conflicts.

  • Manage handoffs between teams so that creators, crew, and guests always know what’s next and who’s accountable.

Systems, dashboards & internal comms

-

  • Build and maintain simple, clear dashboards and trackers for key metrics (e.g., studio utilization, creator calendar, security staffing, asset‑protection status).

  • Own internal communication flows: recurring all‑hands formats, leadership updates, and documentation of decisions and processes.

  • Help standardize templates, SOPs, and checklists so that MemeHouse can scale without chaos.

Budget, vendor, and operational oversight

-

  • Help manage operating budgets for studios, events, and day‑to‑day expenses, working with finance and leads to track spend vs. plan.

  • Oversee key vendor relationships (e.g., AV, security, logistics, equipment rentals) and ensure SLAs and expectations are met.

  • Continuously optimize costs without sacrificing creator experience, production quality, or safety.

Culture, creator‑experience, and experimentation

-

  • Work closely with creator and partnerships teams to ensure MemeHouse stays true to its creator‑centric, culture‑driven DNA.

  • Help test and roll out operational experiments (e.g., new studio workflows, new event formats, new creator‑support practices).

  • Be a visible, hands‑on presence in the studio and on events—someone creators and staff know they can go to when things need to just work.

Qualifications

-

Minimum requirements

-

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, production management, or chief‑of‑staff–style roles, ideally in media, entertainment, livestreaming, or fast‑growing startups.

  • Demonstrated ability to own end‑to‑end execution on complex, fast‑moving projects with many stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational skills, comfort with dashboards and tracking, and a love for building systems and fixing process gaps.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; you can turn chaos into clear plans and simple updates.

  • High emotional intelligence and political savvy; you can navigate nuanced dynamics across creative, technical, and security teams.

Strongly preferred

-

  • Experience working with live‑streaming, studios, or event‑driven production environments (e.g., Twitch, YouTube, gaming, esports, or creator agencies).

  • Familiarity with security, asset protection, or event‑operations workflows in a creator‑centric context.

  • Background in startups, media companies, or other high‑growth, ambiguous environments where you’ve had to “make it up as you go” and then systematize.

Key skills & mindset

-

  • Executor, not just strategist: You are happiest getting things done, not just talking about them.

  • “Integrator” mentality: You can see the big picture and the details at the same time.

  • Calm under pressure: Events, livestreams, and creator schedules move fast; you stay cool and organized.

  • Creator‑empathetic: You understand that behind every workflow is a creator whose experience matters.

What you’ll gain at MemeHouse

-

  • A front‑row seat to the evolution of IRL streaming and livestream‑first culture, with direct impact on how creators show up on Twitch, YouTube, and X.com.

  • The opportunity to build the operating backbone of a company that’s shaping the future of media and digital culture.

  • A role that blends strategy, operations, and culture—ideal if you enjoy being the “central nervous system” of a fast‑moving organization.

How to apply

-

Please submit your résumé and a brief cover note explaining:

1. A time when you took a chaotic situation and turned it into a clear, repeatable process.

2. Why you’re interested in building the operating system for a creator‑centric, livestream‑first company like MemeHouse.

MemeHouse is an equal‑opportunity employer and values diverse perspectives in building a safer, more creative future.
