Job Description

We’re looking for a Social Community Manager to join our team and support community management efforts across entertainment-focused social campaigns. This role is ideal for someone deeply immersed in internet culture, entertainment fandoms, and social conversation trends, with a strong understanding of how to engage audiences authentically across platforms.

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, writer, and community builder — someone who can manage day-to-day publishing and engagement while contributing thoughtful creative ideas and social insights that elevate campaign performance.

This role will work closely with internal teams, clients, and creative partners to execute best-in-class social experiences for film, television, and entertainment properties.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day community management responsibilities across entertainment and campaign accounts
  • Manage social publishing workflows including copywriting, QA, scheduling, asset publishing, and engagement execution
  • Monitor audience sentiment, social conversations, and cultural trends to inform creative and strategic recommendations
  • Maintain editorial calendars, update social profiles and channel assets, and support account organization across platforms
  • Conduct research on fan communities, franchises, entertainment culture, and online discourse to help shape campaign voice and engagement opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Social Strategists to execute campaign tone, voice, and creative direction across owned channels
  • Partner directly with clients to provide updates on posting plans, engagement opportunities, and campaign performance
  • Build detailed sentiment and performance reports that combine social insights with actionable recommendations
  • Support talent and campaign-related social initiatives including account audits, publicity tracking, and collaboration coordination
  • Identify opportunities to spark conversation, drive engagement, and create culturally relevant fan interactions across platforms

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3+ years of experience working within a creative agency, entertainment studio, or social-first environment
  • Hands-on experience with community management, social publishing, audience engagement, social listening, and reporting
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice for entertainment brands, campaigns, and fandoms
  • Creative storytelling abilities with experience writing across a variety of genres, audiences, and cultural moments
  • Strong understanding of social strategy, platform trends, and emerging digital behaviors
  • Ability to manage both long-term campaign planning and fast-moving real-time opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills when collaborating with clients, internal teams, and external partners
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for film, television, pop culture, fandom communities, and internet conversation
  • Strong instincts for identifying trending topics, viral moments, and audience sentiment shifts
  • Experience using analytics, reporting, and social management platforms such as Sprinklr, Sprout, Airtable, or similar tools
  • A strong creative eye for quality social content across writing, visuals, and engagement strategy
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
