Role Description
This is a part-time contract, on-site role for one night only located at a live music venue in San Francisco, California on Saturday, June 6, 7PM-2:30AM for a Concert Event Manager. The Concert Event Manager will be responsible for overseeing load-in, soundcheck, and setup of the show as well as liaison between our event team and the venue team. Tasks include following the checklist we provide, coordinating logistics, liaising with performers and venues, overseeing event staff, and delivering exceptional experiences for attendees.
Qualifications
- Event planning, logistics coordination, and project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of the music and entertainment industry (helpful but not required)
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
