The producer works directly with Account Executives and clients to develop ideas, write scripts, plan and execute shoots, capture quality video and audio, edit, create graphics, make revisions, perform final quality control, and deliver completed commercial elements. Station marketing, promotion, branding, and special projects are also supported as needed, but commercial client production is the primary focus of the position.

SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES:
Commercial production is the primary responsibility of this position and includes creating a high volume of on-air spots and other advertising elements for clients that advertise on KEZI and across our platforms, as well as work for advertising agencies and other partners.

Handle the production process from concept through final delivery, including creative development, script writing, production planning, scheduling and preparing shoots, shooting video, lighting, recording quality audio, editing, graphics, revisions, quality control, and final delivery.
Conduct client shoots in-studio and on location while maintaining professional production standards and a positive client experience.
Manage multiple client production projects and deadlines simultaneously, prioritize work appropriately, and complete projects accurately and on time. Respond professionally to client and internal feedback and make revisions efficiently.
Review finished work before delivery for overall quality and accuracy, including video and audio quality, graphics, spelling, client information, URLs, phone numbers, calls to action, and other required details.
Support station marketing and promotion as needed, including on-air promos, prime and syndicated programming, news, digital and print elements, station branding, events, and other station initiatives. This work is secondary to commercial client production.
Assist in maintaining consistent station branding and a cohesive visual look across on-air, digital, print, and other creative elements.
Provide creative and production support for special projects, including live events, sales projects, sponsored events, and other station initiatives.
