𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞

We’re seeking a hands-on Finance Director to lead financial planning, reporting and day-to-day financial oversight. You’ll work closely with leadership, our bookkeeper and external advisers to manage cash flow, strengthen controls and improve profitability across the company’s shows and projects.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Lead budgets, forecasts and cash-flow planning
• Analyze show and project profitability and explain variances
• Review settlements, reconcile revenue and expenses, and resolve discrepancies
• Oversee invoicing, receivables, payables and financial controls
• Deliver clear financial reports and practical recommendations
• Coordinate accounting and tax preparation with external advisers
• Improve financial systems and reporting processes

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

• Financial leadership experience with strong accounting fundamentals
• A hands-on approach to financial analysis and reconciliation
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and accounting-system experience
• Excellent organization, communication and attention to detail
• Sound judgment and discretion with confidential information

Experience in entertainment, project-based businesses, international operations or QuickBooks is a plus.
