United Talent Agency seeks an Executive, Creative Services to lead the branded content and pitch storytelling engine that supports our work with leading brands, platforms, and talent. This role sits at the center of UTA’s intersection of entertainment, culture, and commerce, overseeing a high-performing creative team responsible for the decks, narratives, and visuals that bring our capabilities and ideas to life.
The salary range for this role is $220k - $240K commensurate with experience and skills.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end creative development of external pitch decks, branded content proposals, sizzles, and presentation materials that showcase UTA’s talent, ideas, and platforms to brands, studios, and strategic partners
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team (design, copy, and content), fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture and a high bar for craft
- Partner closely with agents, Brand Partnerships, Marketing, and practice leaders to translate business objectives, cultural insights, and talent strategies into clear, compelling briefs and presentation narratives
- Own the story: shape deck structure, messaging, and visual direction from first draft through final, executive-ready delivery for senior clients and internal leadership.
- Establish and maintain UTA-quality standards, templates, and visual systems for pitches and case studies, ensuring consistency across teams while allowing room for creative expression
- Serve as senior creative reviewer on high-stakes opportunities, providing direct, actionable feedback that balances bold creative thinking with client needs, timelines, and commercial goals
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications on recap materials, case studies, and showcases that highlight UTA’s work across entertainment, brands, and creators
- Keep a sharp eye on culture, platforms, and format trends, and bring that perspective into how we pitch, package, and present UTA to the marketplace
- 12+ years of experience in creative services, branded content, or creative leadership roles within a talent agency, entertainment company, or brand/creative agency environment
- A portfolio that demonstrates best-in-class pitch decks, branded content concepts and executive-level presentations for major brands, platforms, or entertainment partners
- Proven experience leading and developing creative teams, with the ability to set vision, give clear direction, and elevate the work
- Deep strength in storytelling and presentation design; you know how to build a narrative that connects talent, culture, and brand objectives for senior decision-makers
- Fluency in the tools of the trade (Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote/PowerPoint/Google Slides or equivalents) and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume pitch environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work seamlessly across creative, business, and executive stakeholders
