About VOICES

VOICES is Conscious Minds Studios’ creator marketing and talent partnerships arm, one of five entities in the CM collective. VOICES connects brands with creators and talent to build culturally relevant campaigns and partnerships.

Role Summary

The Executive Director of VOICES leads the creator marketing and talent partnerships practice, setting strategic direction, growing client and creator relationships, and overseeing delivery of talent-driven campaigns. This role owns the P&L for VOICES, manages a team of talent and marketing professionals, and represents VOICES both internally across the CM collective and externally with brand partners, agencies, and talent representatives.


Core Responsibilities

  • Set and drive the strategic vision for Voices creator marketing and talent partnership offerings
  • Own Voices P&L, including revenue targets, budgeting, and resource planning
  • Lead new business development: build and maintain relationships with brand clients, agencies, and creator/talent representation
  • Oversee campaign strategy and execution, ensuring creative and commercial quality across talent partnership programs
  • Oversees key label, business and operational inputs for Parallax, Hubspot and Asana
  • Manage, mentor, and grow the Voices team, including hiring and performance management
  • Negotiate talent and partnership deals, ensuring favorable terms and contract compliance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other CM labels and Pods to identify shared opportunities and integrated offerings
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in creator economy, influencer marketing, and talent partnerships to keep Voices competitive
  • Represent Voices and Conscious Minds Studios at industry events, in press, and in partner-facing settings

  • Voices meets or exceeds utilization, revenue and profitability targets
  • Strong, renewing relationships with brand clients and creator talent
  • A high-performing, well-supported VOICES team
  • Voices is recognized as a leading voice in creator marketing within the industry


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in creator marketing, talent partnerships, influencer marketing, or related brand/entertainment marketing roles
  • Proven track record leading a business unit or agency practice, including P&L ownership
  • Established relationships with brands, agencies, and/or talent representation
  • Strong negotiation, deal structuring, and contract management experience
  • Demonstrated leadership managing and developing teams
  • Deep familiarity with the creator economy and social/digital talent landscape
  • Excellent communication and external-facing presence; comfortable representing the brand publicly
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred

The anticipated annual compensation range for this position is $165,000.00 - $185,000.00, in addition to our standard employee benefits package (medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401k matching, Flexible PTO, and various other benefits and perks) Consistent with applicable law, compensation is determined based on a wide range of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, job duties, and geographic location. We reserve the right to modify this pay range at any time.
