Role Description:
FullScale Media Group is seeking a highly driven, execution-focused Head of Marketing to support the strategy and day-to-day marketing operations across select artist and brand clients.
This is a hands-on role centered around implementation, optimization, and operational execution. The ideal candidate is someone who can take high-level creative and strategic direction from leadership and turn it into organized, measurable marketing systems and campaigns.
You will work directly alongside the founder to execute paid media campaigns, build lead funnels, develop reporting systems, analyze performance data, and support client growth initiatives across multiple industries. While leadership will remain heavily involved in overall direction and campaign vision, this role is responsible for ensuring execution happens at a high level and on time.
You will also serve as a foundational part of a rapidly growing team, helping shape and build the marketing division of the company from the ground up. This is not just an employee position. The goal is for this person to become a long-term strategic partner and effectively a cofounder of the marketing side of the business as the company continues to scale.
This position requires someone highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and can operate calmly under pressure. Compensation is structured on a retainer-per-client basis, with opportunities for long-term equity participation as relationships grow.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage paid media campaigns across Meta platforms, including audience targeting, creative testing, retargeting, scaling, and performance optimization.
- Build and maintain lead funnels, conversion systems, landing page flows, and customer acquisition infrastructure.
- Develop reporting dashboards and performance tracking systems for artists, brands, and client campaigns.
- Conduct data analysis and translate campaign insights into actionable recommendations and optimization strategies.
- Support the execution of marketing rollouts, social media initiatives, and growth campaigns under the direction of leadership.
- Assist with campaign planning, audience research, competitor analysis, and positioning strategy.
- Handle client communication, meetings, approvals, and operational follow-through with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Step in to manage urgent client needs, campaign issues, or operational emergencies when leadership is unavailable.
- Coordinate with creative teams, editors, designers, and external partners to ensure smooth execution across projects.
- Continuously look for ways to improve systems, workflows, campaign performance, and operational efficiency.
- Help build internal marketing infrastructure and contribute to the long-term growth and direction of the company’s marketing division.
- Contribute to the creation of decks, briefs, reports, and strategic materials for internal and client-facing use.
Qualifications:
Non-Negotiables
- 3 to 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in music, entertainment, creator economy, startups, media, or culture-driven brands.
- Strong passion for music, art, culture, and creative storytelling.
- Advanced hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns with proven performance results.
- Experience building lead funnels, reporting systems, and performance dashboards.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret campaign data effectively.
- Ability to independently execute high-level work with consistency and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort participating in client-facing meetings and conversations.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-moving environments while maintaining organization and professionalism.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with tools such as Looker Studio, Airtable, Notion, Google Analytics, Triple Whale, Hyros, or similar reporting platforms.
- Understanding of organic social media growth strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns or clients simultaneously.
- Video editing or content production experience is a plus, but not required.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
