UnlimitedIRL builds premium live streaming systems and production workflows for top creators, brands, and live events. We’re hiring a full-time Sales Executive who can sell across both sides of the market: creator talent + teams AND media buyers / brand marketers looking for high-performing creative and live activations.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the creator economy, knows how brand budgets actually move, and can close deals that include both production + creative deliverables.

This is a fully in-office role in Culver City because the work is highly collaborative and time-sensitive, and we need someone embedded with the team to move quickly from ideation to execution and client delivery.

Responsibilities

Sales (Core)

  • Own the sales cycle end-to-end: outbound → discovery → proposal → close → handoff
  • Close deals across:
  • creators + creator teams (IRL backpacks, rentals, production support)
  • agencies + media buyers (creative packages, live activations, content deliverables)
  • Identify and qualify opportunities quickly (budget, timeline, decision-maker, fit)
  • Build pricing, scopes, and packages that are clean and easy to say “yes” to

Creator + Talent Sales

  • Build relationships with creators, managers, agents, and production leads
  • Help creators and teams choose the right setup for their content
  • Support event-heavy scheduling and fast turnarounds when needed

Media Buyers / Brand + Agency Sales

  • Sell creative packages for brand campaigns:
  • short-form deliverables
  • live segments / integrations
  • content capture + edits
  • full IRL activations
  • Pitch creative angles, not just production logistics
  • Understand performance goals (CPM, CAC, ROAS, hook rate, view-thru, retention)
  • Translate brand objectives into deliverables that actually get approved
  • Handle clipping campaigns for clients

Pipeline + Process

  • Maintain pipeline hygiene in HubSpot
  • Track stages, follow-ups, forecasting, notes, and next steps
  • Coordinate with ops/production to ensure scopes are realistic and profitable
  • Build a repeatable outbound engine (lists, scripts, sequences, partners)

Qualifications (Must Have)

  • 3–7+ years of sales experience in:
  • creator economy / talent ecosystem and/or
  • agency / brand / media buyer sales
  • Strong understanding of how creators operate (timelines, chaos, what they care about)
  • Strong understanding of how brand budgets work (approvals, stakeholders, deliverables)
  • Experience selling services, retainers, or high-ticket packages (not just cheap SaaS)
  • Comfortable negotiating and closing
  • Strong written and verbal communication (client-facing, fast, clear)
  • Organized and consistent follow-up habits
  • Understanding of streaming platforms (Twitch/YouTube), IRL workflows, and live production

Bonus Points (Nice to Have)

  • Experience selling:
  • production services
  • branded content
  • influencer campaigns
  • live events / activations
  • Existing relationships with agencies, media buyers, and creator managers
  • Ability to write scopes that feel premium and simple
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Stripe, or proposal tools
