ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Design marketing materials as assigned by the Creative Director and Project Manager, including social media assets, advertisements, emails, logos, digital campaigns and presentations
- Support the Design Team with overflow tasks and time‑sensitive requests
- Manage projects from initial brief to final delivery, including communicating progress to stakeholders, securing vendor quotes and coordinating with external partners on pricing, production and timelines
- Take ownership of design needs for ancillary brands within the Seahawks portfolio, including Lumen Field, WaMu Theater and Seahawks Dancers
- Contribute to team creativity by exploring new visual directions, brainstorming fresh ideas and actively participating in Design Team discussions
- Strong visual design skills with a solid understanding of layout, typography and composition
- Freehand illustration ability and enthusiasm for creating original artwork
- Experience designing internal presentations and communicating complex information through infographics and visual storytelling
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- A genuine passion for art, design and creative problem‑solving
- Bachelor's degree from a college or university
- Demonstrated expertise using the following design software: PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Experience with email marketing and presentation design
- The salary range for this position is: $80,170 – $83,000. The salary range applies to the current posting. The posted salary range may vary based on key factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related knowledge, experience and skill set
