Office Magazine is looking for a writer!
Role Description This is a 3-month long on-site role from August to October.
Responsibilities may include:
- First and foremost, pitching and writing stories!! We're looking for someone generative, who is excited about the idea of getting bylines. You don't need to have a ton of writing experience under your belt! We just want someone eager about the opportunity to write for a magazine.
- Assisting with the print issue by researching, fact-checking, editing, etc.
- Assisting with digital content by writing, transcribing, interviewing artists, running news, etc.
- Occasionally: assist on photoshoots, create social media posts, and do miscellaneous tasks.
Who you are:
- Based in NYC.
- Strong interest in fashion, music, art, and culture.
- Available 2-3 days out of the week (flexible)
- Preferably an undergraduate student in Journalism, Creative Writing, Communications, or a related field.
Unpaid but college credit available.
