About Game Changers Ventures
Game Changers Ventures is an early-stage venture capital firm investing at the intersection of sports, media, entertainment, and technology. We back founders building category-defining companies where culture meets innovation, reimagining how people play, watch, connect, and compete.
Our approach is operator-first. We combine experience across sports ownership, media, data, and technology to support founders with capital, credibility, and connections. GCV was founded by Roger Ehrenberg, a multi-time Forbes Midas List honoree who previously founded IA Ventures and spent more than a decade backing early-stage technology companies before turning to the next generation of sports and entertainment.
The Role
We are hiring an Office Manager to run the day to day operations of our New York office. They will own the physical space, the guest experience, the vendor relationships, and the administrative machinery that keeps a small team moving fast.
This is a hands-on role. You get real ownership: input into everything from furnishings and decor to snacks, technology systems, and events, plus direct exposure to how a venture firm operates and to the founders, LPs, and partners who come through our doors. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail oriented, and meticulously dedicated to the appearance and experience of the office.
