Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team. This position will report to the Operations Manager and work cross-functionally across all Wildflower departments. The Operations Coordinator will oversee crucial oversight of daily client activity, monitor scheduling and performance of all company vendors, and contribute to project-based needs for the studio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide client-facing support and coordinate production requests with the appropriate team members, ensuring client needs are met with hospitality, efficiency, and excellence.
- Coordinate with security, IT, valet, accounting, janitorial, and maintenance teams to optimize studio operations.
- Manage scheduling, logistics, and daily operational needs of the studio. Support administrative tasks related to studio operations.
- Monitor and maintain studio facilities, reporting any issues and following up on resolutions.
- Oversee studio security access, providing access credentials, monitoring usage, and reporting any concerns to the appropriate departments.
- Assist in enforcing studio policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive working environment.
- Provide on-site assistance for productions, troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Assist in asset management oversight with real time inventory monitoring.
Qualifications:
- Production Experience: Film, television, and/or commercial production industry knowledge required.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced studio environment, multitasking and adjusting priorities as needed to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
- Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and solution-based communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Client-Focused: Customer service oriented with a positive and professional demeanor, dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for clients and guests. Experience in hospitality and/or client services preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 40lbs as needed.
Compensation: $50K - $65K/year, Medical, Dental, and Vision
