Staffing agency is seeking a Part-Time Temporary Data Entry / Accounting Administrative Clerk for a client in the entertainment industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in royalties accounting and building a career in accounting or finance.  This is a fully in-office role. Candidates must be local to the Los Angeles area.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:


  • Accurately perform high-volume data entry
  • Provide general administrative support to the Accounting Dept, including:
  • Filing
  • Scanning
  • Copying
  • Managing phones and emails
  • Support special projects and additional administrative duties as needed


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business strongly preferred
  • Previous data entry and accounting experience required (internship experience accepted)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP highly preferred
  • Strong keyboard typing skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent professional references required
