Staffing agency is seeking a Part-Time Temporary Data Entry / Accounting Administrative Clerk for a client in the entertainment industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in royalties accounting and building a career in accounting or finance. This is a fully in-office role. Candidates must be local to the Los Angeles area.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Accurately perform high-volume data entry
- Provide general administrative support to the Accounting Dept, including:
- Filing
- Scanning
- Copying
- Managing phones and emails
- Support special projects and additional administrative duties as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business strongly preferred
- Previous data entry and accounting experience required (internship experience accepted)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP highly preferred
- Strong keyboard typing skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent professional references required
