Chef Nick DiGiovanniNew York, United StatesPosted

Job Description

Knife Drop Studios, the production company behind celebrity chef and social media personality Nick DiGiovanni, is hiring a Post-Production Supervisor to oversee post-production workflows across our longform and shortform content on YouTube and social platforms.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed, and creative Post-Production Supervisor to manage high-volume content across several channels.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative judgment and operational execution—someone who can oversee multiple editors and projects simultaneously, give sharp feedback, and maintain consistency across channels.

Who you’ll work with

You’ll work closely with Nick DiGiovanni, producers, editors, external contractors and more to manage timelines, review edits, solve workflow issues, and ensure consistent quality across all content.

You’ll act as a key connective tissue between creative vision and execution, helping standardize processes, improve efficiency, and raise the bar across every edit.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • 3-5+ years of professional experience in post-production supervision and high-end video editing for YouTube, digital media, TV, or film
  • Deep understanding of post-production workflows, asset management, versioning, delivery pipelines, and posting schedules
  • Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and Da Vinci Resolve
  • Proven ability to manage multiple editors, projects, channels, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent editorial instincts and attention to detail, especially around pacing, clarity, continuity, and polish
  • Experience reviewing edits, giving clear and actionable feedback, and maintaining consistency across multiple editors
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize workflows under tight timelines
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
