About the Role:
The Global Industry Operations team is seeking a Program Manager I to drive Operational Excellence tooling projects. This role is hands-on, technical, and highly collaborative, focusing on optimizing workflows, enhancing project management tools, and integrating platforms like Monday.com and Salesforce to improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead creation, management, and enhancement of Monday.com boards for operational projects.
- Oversee the Project Management Hub within Monday.com, increasing functionality and integration with Finance systems.
- Partner with Operational Excellence teams to drive Monday/Salesforce integration projects.
- Support large-scale cross-organizational campaigns and initiatives, including live events, artist campaigns, and major company priorities.
- Identify opportunities to improve content workflows, release planning, and cross-team collaboration.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external partners across departments.
Top 3 Must-Have Skills:
- Monday.com experience – Board creation, management, and process automation.
- Salesforce experience – Integration and operational knowledge.
- AI tool experience – Familiarity with AI-driven workflow optimization.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in industry operations (e.g., record labels, artist management).
- Knowledge of other project management tools like Asana.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in operations/project management.
