Job Description
Location: New York, NY (3 days a week in office)
Experience Level: 4–7 years
Reports to: Chief Strategy Officer
Supergood is an AI-native creative agency combining strategy, data, technology and creativity to help ambitious brands grow.
The Role
We're looking for a hands-on strategist who can turn an ambiguous business problem into a clear strategic choice, support it with evidence and carry it through the brief and client room. You'll work directly with our Chief Strategy Officer across major client engagements and new-business pitches.
You must understand football and contemporary popular culture. We need someone who understands the stories, personalities, communities and commercial forces shaping attention, then knows whether a brand has a credible role to play.
What You'll Do
- Advertising strategies and creative briefs.
- Turn business, audience and cultural research into clear recommendations.
- Identify communication opportunities across football and popular culture.
- Use AI-enabled research and analysis critically.
- Build persuasive decks and present confidently to clients.
- Partner closely with creative, account and media teams.
What We're Looking For
- Strategy experience at an agency, consultancy or brand.
- Evidence that you personally shaped work that reached the market.
- Fluency in football and popular culture.
- Excellent strategic writing and presentation skills.
- Strong judgment, intellectual honesty and collaborative instincts.
- Curiosity about AI and emerging research methods.
Interested in applying?
Show us one piece of work you materially shaped and explain your contribution.
Then identify one recent football or pop-culture moment a brand could have entered credibly, and one it should have avoided. We care about your reasoning, not trivia.
Salary: $130,000-$160,000
Supergood is an equal-opportunity employer. We welcome applicants with different backgrounds, experiences and ways of thinking.
