The show features candid, hour-long conversations with high-profile figures from different backgrounds. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Podcast Producer to bring this dynamic show to life, working closely with the production crew to deliver engaging and top-tier content.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the production and growth of a high-profile podcast. This role combines creative collaboration with the host and guests, schedule coordination, and managing a consistent release timeline. You’ll drive audience growth through strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and social media monetization while overseeing a television-quality production, including hiring a crew and organizing live studio audiences. Focusing on innovation and staying ahead of industry trends, you’ll play a key role in shaping the show’s vision and expanding its impact.
Need to Have:
- Proven success in podcast production, including scheduling, editing, and release management.
- Experience overseeing television-quality production, from hiring and supervising crews to ensuring professional standards.
- Expertise in audience growth strategies, including promotion and engagement techniques.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to navigate complex schedules and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
- Proficiency with video and audio editing tools and production workflows.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and the initiative to address production challenges independently.
Nice to Have:
- Skills in social media marketing or content creation to promote episodes and engage with the audience.
- Existing relationships with industry professionals, influencers, or potential high-profile guests.
