We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media & Content Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a film or media background who has a strong eye for aesthetics and enjoys both planning and hands-on production.
Ideal Background
- Graduate of a film school (preferred): Chapman, LMU, USC, UCLA, NYU
- Focus in producing or directing
- Strong interpersonal skills, highly organized, and able to multitask
- Social media–savvy with a strong understanding of current platforms, trends, and formats
- Comfortable to communicate with calls
Portfolio: Not required, but highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Production
- Plan and produce social media content with a strong aesthetic sense
- Support in-house commercial shoots (including basic DIT work)
- Assist with shooting content (DSLR experience is a big plus)
Social Media Management
- Post and schedule content across social platforms
- Reply to comments and DMs
- Engage with influencers and brands
- Monitor account health and performance
- Analyze content performance and prepare regular reports (insights, learnings, recommendations)
Partnership & Outreach
- Proactively research, source, and reach out to influencers and potential brand partners
- Manage outreach communication, negotiations, and deal coordination
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and partner brands
What We’re Looking For
- Strong overall visual taste and aesthetic judgment
- Highly social media-savvy, with hands-on experience managing platforms like Instagram and TikTok
- Excellent communication skills - comfortable coordinating with internal teams, creators, influencers, and brand partners
- Confident in outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects at once
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- Analytical, testing-driven mindset
