BeGenius is an entertainment company based in Atlanta, GA, providing label and publishing services to artists, producers, and creatives across music. BeGenius has worked with artists and producers including ATL Jacob, Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, Ace Hood, Serayah, and a host of other talented artists and producers.
Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site internship based in Atlanta, GA, for a Social Media Marketing Intern. This internship is intended for students seeking school credit as part of an academic program.
We’re looking for a Social Media and Content Creation Intern who is genuinely excited about digital storytelling and helping artists connect with their audiences. You’ll report directly to the Digital Director and play an active role in developing and executing content across social and streaming platforms. This is a role for someone who understands both strategy and execution and can show up ready to create.
Position Details:
- 10-week internship
- 20 to 30 hours per week
- College credit available
- Access to a computer and reliable internet connection required
- Have access to housing and transportation within the designated city (We do not offer
- housing or transportation accommodations)
Qualifications
- Create and edit content for our roster of artists across social and streaming platforms,
- including posts, short-form videos, and carousels
- Develop and support social media strategies aligned with each artist's brand and
- campaign goals
- Attend and actively participate in marketing meetings and brainstorming sessions
- Conduct artist research including social network analysis, music platform analysis,
- touring history, and online presence
- Assist in mapping out artists' creative and social media campaigns
- Support day-to-day content needs across the label
