On Record Agency is a modern, highly selective talent management agency representing the next generation of premium lifestyle, wellness, and digital creators. We partner intentionally with high-aesthetic talent to streamline their businesses, maximize their brand deal value, and build sustainable media empires.
We are moving incredibly fast and building the infrastructure to dominate the luxury creator space. We are looking for a hungry, culture-obsessed intern to join the team immediately.
The Role:
As a Talent & Partner Relations Associate, you will work directly alongside the Founder to scale our roster and manage creator relationships. This is not a coffee-running internship. You will be trusted with high-leverage responsibilities from Day 1.
What you’ll do:
- Scout & Vet: Identify unmanaged, high-potential lifestyle creators in major cultural hubs that perfectly fit the On Record aesthetic.
- First-Contact Outreach: Execute our high-status outreach strategy to get talent on our radar.
- Co-Pilot the Vibe: Shadow and eventually lead 10-minute intro vetting calls with creators, acting as the warm, relatable, peer-to-peer bridge to our agency.
- Campaign Logistics: Help manage incoming brand threads and coordinate deliverables to keep our creators' businesses running seamlessly.
Who You Are:
- A current Sophomore, Junior, Senior located in Los Angeles, majoring in PR, Marketing, Communications, Business, or something related.
- Has interest in the creator space. You will be communicating with creators and influencers on a daily basis. This position is a great way to learn about the ins and outs of a boutique agency
- Immersed in the digital creator culture—you instinctively know what a premium aesthetic looks like and who the rising tastemakers are.
- Personable, highly articulate, and confident talking to creators, influencers, and artists. You build instant rapport with people.
- Responsive, organized, and urgent. You hate slow-moving projects and thrive in an environment where things happen fast.
Compensation & Perks:
- Performance-Based Commission.
- This is a 100% commission-only role. Earnings are tied directly to sales performance, with no base salary. You will earn a direct 5% to 10% commission of the agency’s revenue on every brand deal generated by the accounts you support. This is a 1099 Contractor role
- Direct, 1-on-1 mentorship with the founder, real-world entertainment management experience for your resume, and total backend access to how a modern agency scales. Additionally, opportunities for networking events will be available as well.
Pay: $250.00 - $2,000.00 per month
