We're a NYC-based creative agency built around one thing: short-form video content that actually performs. We create scroll-stopping, shareable video for brands who are serious about growth — and we do it fast, at volume, and without sacrificing the raw energy that makes content go viral. Think less polished corporate production, more authentic moments that resonate.

The Role
We're looking for part-time contract video creators who can produce multiple high-quality video assets per day across a range of formats — consistently, creatively, and on deadline.
This is not a passive editing gig. You'll be in the field, in front of the camera, and behind the edit — owning content from concept to delivery.
You'll be creating content formats like:
- Street & Approach Interviews: stopping real people, asking the right questions, capturing authentic reactions
- Us vs. Them Comparisons: direct, punchy head-to-heads that drive engagement and make a point
- Brand Storytelling & POV Pieces: content that makes viewers feel something about a product or company
- Other Viral-First Short-Form Video: platform-native content built to perform on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
You'll be working directly with our team to hit daily output targets and keep clients on their posting schedules. Speed and quality are equally non-negotiable.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience shooting and editing short-form video content
- You're an incredible storyteller that loves to ideate, film and edit your videos into reality
- Comfortable approaching strangers on camera — you know how to get a real reaction
- Strong instincts for pacing, hooks, and what makes a video hold attention
- Able to produce multiple deliverables per day without cutting corners
- Self-managed: you meet deadlines, you communicate proactively, you don't need hand-holding
- Familiar with platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts and what performs on each
- Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
We're looking for creators that can work with us 8-20 hours per week. This is an in-person role at our office is in Dumbo, Brooklyn. Compensation starts at $40/hr
