THE VENTURE is a business podcast on a mission to become the best in the world. We tell the stories of the world's greatest companies, doing interviews with their founders. Hosted by Razvan Paraschiv.
We have over 2 million followers across socials, and our first media company did $30 million in sales over the last five years.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
Your job is to capture as many moments as possible. Predominantly recording the podcast, but also vlogs, behind the scenes, short-form for socials, pictures, and more.
• Run the shoot, top to bottom. You're the videographer responsible for making the show look awesome.
• Own the gear and the room. Source the cameras, lenses, lighting, mics, and the space. Build a setup from nothing and keep it running.
• Based in New York. We're building our permanent studio in New York as we speak. From time to time we might travel to other states to film with our host on location, but New York is home base.
• Capture the life around the show. Walk and talks, behind the scenes, guest arrivals, the vlog. An active fly on the wall who finds the story in a week of footage.
• Edit when it matters. Dedicated editors handle the long form grind. When a special piece, a sizzle, or a vlog needs your hands on it, you can do it too.
• Build the team underneath you.
WHO YOU ARE
You don't need to have held this exact title before. If you know you'd be exceptional at this, apply!
If you're familiar with the content space: I'm looking for my DRock, or my Caleb Ralston.
• A videographer at the core who wants to shoot. Being behind the lens every single day is the whole appeal for you, and you don't want to give that up soon.
• Content creation experience. You've created content before — for yourself, for a creator, a YouTuber, or a podcast.
• Relentlessly resourceful. When there's a logistics wall, you find the way through it.
• Obsessed. You wake up thinking about this, and go to sleep thinking about it.
• Hungry. You want to go all in and build something awesome in the entrepreneurial content space. No side hustles, no freelance clients on the weekend. Just The Venture.
• An affinity for business. You've done things in or around the business world, or you're drawn to it. You don't need to be a founder or an entrepreneur, but the game has to interest you.
WHAT YOU GET
• Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 plus performance bonuses. Starts contract first.
