Role Description

The YouTube Production Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Las Vegas, NV. This role oversees end-to-end production for YouTube content, including planning shoot schedules, coordinating cast and crew, and managing resources across the production facility. The Production Manager collaborates closely with creators, writers, directors, and editors to ensure episodes are produced on time, within budget, and aligned with the Spy Ninjas brand and narrative. Daily responsibilities include supervising pre-production logistics, monitoring on-set operations, maintaining production documentation, and supporting post-production workflows to meet publishing deadlines. The role also involves optimizing processes, upholding safety and quality standards, and working with cross-functional teams such as marketing and merchandise to support content-driven initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong production management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating crews for digital video or YouTube-first content.
  • Experience overseeing pre-production, on-set operations, and post-production workflows, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Familiarity with YouTube platforms, analytics, and best practices for audience engagement, optimization, and episodic content planning.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with creators, talent, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on timely delivery and consistent quality.
  • Proficiency with common production tools and software (e.g., project management tools, call sheet and script software; understanding of editing workflows is beneficial).
  • Relevant experience in digital media, film, television, or online video production; experience with family or youth-oriented content is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
