In this role you will:
- Provide administrative support for all sectors of the corporate partnerships department, including activation, sales, and strategy
- Track and report on sponsor promotions during home game nights
- Assist in the coordination and execution of partner events
- Support the department by providing best practices in the industry
- Create and organize all partner television and radio affidavits
- Analyze, organize, and present research/information internally, responding to inquiries as needed
- Share ideas for new sponsorship opportunities, including in-game elements, retail promotions, events, web and social media platforms, signage, and community relations programs
- Maintain collateral and data to support the preparation of sponsor recaps
- Ensure fiscal responsibility by ensuring expenses within established budget guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to complete tasks independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail with excellent listening skills
- Knowledge of sports business, marketing, and corporate partnerships is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage guests of all ages and backgrounds
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Additional details:
This is a part-time position reporting to the Manager, Corporate Partnership Strategy. The work schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout the season. Physical demands include walking, standing for extended periods, and lifting and carrying heavy items. Events may take place in both indoor and outdoor venues with varying temperatures. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are needed as some local travel is required. The primary work location is the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City. The Paycom Center environment features loud music, crowd noise, and flashing lights.
