We’re looking for a strategic, collaborative, and results-driven Media Manager to lead the development and execution of media plans across the UK, Ireland, and EMEA for Walt Disney World (WDW), Disney Cruise Line (DCL), and Disneyland Paris. This role is based 4 days a week in our Hammersmith office, plus a Monday or a Friday working from home.

Your Role in the Story

As Media Manager, you’ll translate marketing strategies into impactful media and PPC plans, working closely with media agencies, internal stakeholders, and creative teams. You’ll lead campaign planning and execution across multiple channels, manage budgets, and ensure alignment across markets. You’ll also play a key leadership role, managing a team of three and fostering collaboration across departments and geographies.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement annual media and PPC strategies aligned with UK & EMEA marketing goals

  • Translate strategy into detailed media plans for Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line, integrating market, consumer, and performance insights

  • Collaborate with local EMEA teams and Disneyland Paris to ensure alignment and integration of media plans

  • Lead the end-to-end media process: briefing, planning, buying, reporting, and auditing

  • Manage campaign implementation across offline and digital channels, including creative specs and tracking

  • Provide weekly performance reporting during key campaigns

  • Own media and PPC budget management, including forecasting and PO administration

  • Lead the relationship with media agencies, including annual fee and scope negotiations

  • Partner with central Disney teams in Paris to align on strategy, KPIs, and best practices

  • Build media and digital knowledge across the wider marketing team

What You Bring

  • Proven media experience in an agency or multinational marketing environment

  • Proven experience in media planning and execution across TV, radio, online, and social

  • Strong strategic and tactical marketing skills

  • Experience managing teams and collaborating across departments

  • Fluent English required; French is a plus

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Highly analytical, results-oriented, and commercially minded

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and media planning tools

  • A collaborative mindset and cultural sensitivity across EMEA markets
