Director of Marketing

Seeking a driven and strategic leader to serve as Director of Marketing at HOORAE Media. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional to join our Fête team, the marketing agency within HOORAE, and work across its divisions: HOORAE Film and TV, Raedio, the audio everywhere company; and ColorCreative, our management and production division. This key leadership role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and plays a pivotal role in the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for a wide range of HOORAE properties, including TV shows, podcasts, live events, music, digital series, and products.
  • Lead successful content marketing efforts, inclusive of paid advertising and earned media, across social media, email/newsletter, online and IRL channels.
  • Partner with the Head of Marketing to set KPIs, track progress, analyze results, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress and campaign performance.
  • Partner closely with the Fête team and key internal stakeholders to develop integrated marketing and media plans that deliver results.
  • Spearhead wrap reporting and case study development for completed campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to showcase HOORAE's unique value proposition through persuasive presentations and proposals.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and implementing emerging marketing trends and technologies.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and creative environment where team members thrive and achieve their best work.

Data and Analytics:

  • Stay up-to-date on relevant industry developments and conduct market research to inform strategic decisions.
  • Use data analytics to track campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize A/B testing.
  • Leverage data to guide audience development and content creation strategies.

Project Management and Operations:

  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure campaign operations run seamlessly by managing timelines, approvals, and communication across internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and external partners effectively.
  • Implement and maintain marketing automation tools and processes.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of success in digital marketing, campaign development and execution, and creative storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience in paid media, audience development, and launching new content properties.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a talent for collaboration across departments and with external partners.
  • Ability to come up with creative solutions, experiment, and execute innovative concepts quickly.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, leveraging insights to inform strategic plans.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining clear communication.
  • Work seamlessly in presentation tools like Canva, Keynote, and Google Slides, as well as project management tools such as Monday and Airtable.
  • Deep understanding of the entertainment and media industry and marketing trends.
  • Passion for HOORAE and its properties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
