We are inviting a small number of senior-level production leaders to contribute to a curated professional development workshop focused on ethical leadership, operational excellence, and long-term trust-building within modern media production environments- including the realities of hybrid, AI-assisted workflows now shaping production and management roles.

Participants apply insights from the session toward a capstone project in which they collaboratively write, direct, and produce short-form media incorporating traditional production workflows with reasonable AI-integrated tools. The strongest capstone productions are recognized with internship opportunities and ongoing job placement support through industry partners, reinforcing the workshop's purpose.

This role is designed for experienced professionals who have managed teams, budgets, and stakeholder relationships across film, television, commercial, or evolving production models, and who are interested in shaping the next generation of industry leadership.
