Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership Lead integrated strategic development, synthesizing insights from research, cultural analysis, and media data into compelling narratives that connect brand strategies to audience participation. Guide cross-functional teams through complex challenges with clarity and vision.
Creative Inspiration Deliver strategic insights and briefs that unlock breakthrough creative ideas and elevate our creative output across all touchpoints and campaigns.
Client Partnership Present breakthrough strategic thinking that inspires client teams and lead new business pitches. Build trusted advisor relationships and translate business objectives into actionable, participatory marketing strategies.
Cultural Intelligence Stay connected to cultural trends and social movements, translating cultural moments into strategic opportunities for authentic brand participation. Leverage social fluency to understand genuine audience engagement patterns and opportunities.
Team Development Mentor junior strategists, foster collaborative culture, and contribute to evolving our Connections methodology

Qualifications:

Experience: 7+ years strategic experience at agencies/consultancies with proven results across multiple categories
Collaboration: Thrives in integrated environments, builds bridges between disciplines, excellent facilitation skills
Cultural Fluency: Endlessly curious about culture and trends, authentic social media fluency, understands non-performative brand participation
Creative Partnership: Built for creative collaboration, can spar, push and challenge in a way that inspires breakthrough ideas
Media Integration: Comfortable partnering with media teams, understands multi-channel activation
Growth Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable with ambiguity, committed to continuous learning
Hands-On Approach: Not afraid to roll up sleeves and do the work—from deep research dives to detailed strategic frameworks
Communication: Outstanding presentation abilities, compelling storytelling, adapts authentically to different audiences.
