What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a proactive and strategic Sales and Marketing Manager who is passionate about driving new business and elevating team performance. The ideal candidate has experience leading sales teams, understands the rhythm of agency or high-volume client services, and isn’t afraid to dive into a CRM, a cold call, or a marketing brainstorm.

You will lead our internal and freelance sales teams, develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, and play a key role in driving inbound and outbound sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Strategy

Manage, mentor, and motivate internal and freelance sales staff to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Co-develop and implement strategic sales initiatives aligned with agency growth targets.
Lead weekly pipeline reviews, analyzing team performance and identifying optimization opportunities.
Utilize HubSpot CRM for pipeline management, tracking, and reporting.

Sales & Outreach Execution

Drive outbound sales efforts across multiple channels: email, phone, DMs, LinkedIn, events, etc.
Research and qualify brand leads using pop culture trends and market insight.
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients by communicating value and insight.

Marketing Integration

Collaborate with our marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals.
Contribute to the strategy and execution of email marketing, content development, and sales funnel optimization.
Provide strategic input on social, SEO, and blog content that supports business development.

Trade Show & Event Development

Research, evaluate, and recommend trade shows and industry events for lead generation.
Coordinate and attend key events to network and represent Hollywood Branded to potential clients.

Non-Negotiables

These are the essential qualifications and traits we’re looking for:

HubSpot fluency. You understand how to navigate, track, report, and optimize through HubSpot’s CRM and sales tools.
History of sales success. You have a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
Strategic thinking + execution. You can develop a plan, inspire others, and roll up your sleeves to make it happen.
Strong communicator. You can write clearly, speak confidently, and adapt your message for different audiences.
Comfort with outbound outreach. Cold calls, emails, and social DMs don’t intimidate you—they’re just opportunities.
AI-savvy. You're comfortable using tools like ChatGPT and understand how AI can streamline workflow and enhance communication.
Event and trade show acumen. You know how to source relevant shows, prepare for attendance, and work the floor with purpose.
Marketing alignment. You understand how sales and marketing efforts work hand-in-hand and can help bridge strategy across teams.
Related industry experience. While direct experience with entertainment, celebrity, or influencer marketing is a plus, experience in adjacent marketing or sales roles (e.g., media, advertising, creative agencies, B2B platforms) is welcome—especially if you’re curious and quick to learn.

HB Salary, Benefits & Perks

Salary Range: $78,000 - $93,000 annually (based on experience)
