ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented and organized Videographer & Studio Operations Assistant to join our fast-paced production team! This hybrid role is ideal for someone with a passion for visual storytelling and behind-the-scenes production support.

You’ll work closely with photographers, stylists, and models to capture dynamic video content while also supporting day-to-day studio operations to ensure seamless and efficient photoshoot execution.

This is a paid part-time position with potential to grow into a full-time role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Creative/ Video

• Plan and storyboard video content that aligns with clients' campaign goals and brand identity
• Capture and edit video content, including behind-the-scenes footage, marketing videos, short-form social media content, and client campaign videos
• Monitor fashion-related trends in video content and social media to pitch fresh concepts and formats that resonate with each brand
• Bring content ideas to life under the direction of the Creative Lead
• Maintain a consistent visual style that aligns with the studio’s brand, under existing creative direction
• Manage post-production workflows to ensure timely delivery of content under tight deadlines

Operations/ Admin

• Assist with coordinating photoshoot schedules for clients by collaborating closely with model agencies
• Help coordinate the photoshoot calendar and confirm all shoot logistics
• Prepare and distribute call sheets for models, hair/makeup artists, clients and production team
• Ensure all details are communicated clearly to relevant parties to support smooth and efficient shoot execution
• Support operational workflows under the guidance of the Operations Director
• Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner

Studio

• Prep and steam garments before shoots; ensure samples are organized and ready
• Clean, organize, and maintain studio and photoshoot area to enhance workflow before and after shoots
• Pick up and drop off samples – Driver’s license required
• Organize and rename photo files

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experienced in videography and editing using Adobe Premiere Pro
• Skilled in editing videos with a strong focus on fashion aesthetics
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and enthusiastic team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a personable attitude
• Adaptable and willing to take on various roles and responsibilities
• Able to take direction while proactively completing daily tasks
• Must be based in Los Angeles
• Previous videography experience required - must submit or provide link to portfolio or video examples for review

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
