Salary: $65,000 - $80,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do In This Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled and creative Cinematographer to push the visuals and elevate the production process for Ramsey Network shows. In this role, you’ll collaborate with producers, project managers, and show teams to capture compelling visuals that reflect each show’s unique personality and audience. You’ll manage everything from lighting and framing to storytelling, while also refining production workflows to make setup, filming, and teardown seamless. Beyond the technical side, you’ll invest in relationships across show teams and leadership, influencing productions with both visual excellence and creative input. This role is about combining artistry with efficiency, ensuring every production reflects the Ramsey mission at the highest level.
