CONTENT PRODUCER

We are an award winning digital content studio and media network who are currently on a quest to find a Content Producer to join our Social Video Services team - Is this your next opportunity?

The Content Producer is responsible for ideating and creating video content for YouTube and social video platforms. This role is responsible for creative content production rooted in strategy. The ideal candidate will have capabilities in producing, editing, and even shooting video as well as some channel and platform operations support and account management.

The Content Producer will support social-first capture events and support projects with high creative output. This role may support our production team in executing on shoots and mining assets for content post production. This role may also support the Client Development team to build decks, ideate proposals, or create mock content. The day-to-day role will include ideating creative concepts, high level thumbnail design, clip video editing, copywriting, YouTube channel maintenance and effective delegation and some team management.

HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME

  • Ideating creative video concepts for globally known brands on social video platforms
  • Using a blend of platform data, current trends and creative instincts to inform channel strategy
  • Assisting with Concept Delivery Docs for upcoming client campaigns
  • Management of client publishing calendars and project management tools
  • Working with clients to communicate footage deliverables needed for both screening links ahead of ideation and download links ahead of clip pulls for editors
  • Effectively communicating and/or pitching your ideas to internal teams and clients
  • Creation of eye catching images, GIFs and social posts
  • Writing compelling on-brand copy for posts, understanding the importance of editorial voice and tone
  • Using platform analytics to help inform strategic decisions
  • Social video production and video editing in real time
  • Mining and managing video assets and content catalogs
  • Support in creative slides within deck proposals
  • Potentially manage team members


WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.

  • 3+ years of social media and/or related digital marketing experience
  • Remote experience
  • Strong proactivity and client and project management skills
  • Detail oriented and responsible
  • Team management experience
  • Excellent knowledge of YouTube and social video platforms and a clear awareness of the differences between them when it comes to effective native video content
  • A mastery of YouTube and social platforms analytics and how they should inform platform-specific creative
  • Skills in Adobe Photoshop and Premiere - After Effects is a bonus!
  • Experience producing social video (creative ideation and timecode mapping) and shooting content (in person)
  • Highly creative, online native, and constantly up to date on social trends
  • Great communication, both written and verbal
  • Excellent client management skills with demonstrable experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to proof-check your own work
  • Team player with a hard-working flexible attitude, a good sense of humor and an interest in working in a dynamic start-up environment
  • Proficiency in other languages (bonus)

Candidates must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
