Position Overview
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth? Studio City PXL is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts. As a key player in our team, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and nurture client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our agency.
*** This role has a 90 day Probationary Period ***
The Business Development Manager's only focus is client development. Candidate must have a healthy portfolio of potential clients in brands or entertainment who will without question follow them to our agency. ***
This role offers the chance to shape the future of Studio City PXL and make a significant impact in the creative and technology landscape.
Working along with agency leadership, creative and production teams, they will be accountable for identifying, leading, and closing A/V, UX/CX, and Creative Technology engagements with clients across a variety of industries, with an emphasis in consumer goods, streaming, government, and politics.
The ideal candidate is a leader that works well in a highly creative team environment and thrives under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic business development plans
Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their needs
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Lead and own the quality and final deliverable of RFIs/RFPs
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities
Achieve and exceed sales targets
Participate in new business strategy decision making and planning with business development team
Qualifications:

Proven track record in business development, with a focus on creative and technology solutions
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Experience in the production or creative technology industry
Access to mid to large-range client roster
