BIG PICTURE:

Our growing team is looking to hire an Office Assistant that can help support our studio. We're looking for a special someone who can perform a variety of administrative duties including ordering gifts, preparing reports, ordering supplies, dropping off returns in a timely manner, and various other tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is a passionate team player, calm, and organized under pressure, with excellent oral and written communication skills. This individual should be the type of person that not only enjoys multi-tasking but possesses strong computer skills and is reliable and available to help with important tasks on short notice. No task is too small or too big. Oh, and if you happen to love motivational content that is changing lives even better!


HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:

  • Providing organizational and administrative support to the Production team while anticipating needs and always being two steps ahead
  • Ordering supplies, researching best deals, and completing any returns as needed
  • Ensuring any props that need to be dry cleaned are dropped off and picked up
  • Sending gifts and ordering special items for influencer collabs, assisting with event set up, and ordering any breakfast or lunches as needed
  • Printing and organizing production documents
  • Project managing ongoing and special tasks ensuring work gets done and deadlines are met
  • Making recommendations for improvement to increase efficiency
  • Completing all related reports and updates in a timely manner
  • Supporting various departmental projects as needed

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • A minimum of 2 years working as an administrative assistant, or a similar role
  • Proficient with Google Sheets and Docs; Monday.com and Skype experience a plus
  • Ability to juggle tasks and work well with others in a dynamic and deadline driven culture
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
  • A positive attitude with strong attention to detail, interpersonal, and communication skills

WHO OVERSEES YOU:

The Office Assistant will report directly to the Operations Manager


WHO YOU OVERSEE:

Currently, the Office Assistant has no personnel reporting directly to him or her


WHERE IT ALL GOES DOWN:

All the action takes place at our BRAND NEW studio in Burbank, CA


WHEN THE MAGIC HAPPENS:

The typical work schedule is Monday - Friday with schedule flexibility, specific times will be discussed during the interview
