The Steve Jobs Theater in Cupertino, California seeks a Production Manager to support the team across multiple functions and throughout the pre-production, production and post-production phases of live and filmed events. Scope includes supporting programming work with company-wide and external partners, coordination of accessibility and localization service providers and post-production/ post-editing tracking and management.

  • 7+ years experience working in live events, live events operations or in a theater environment
  • Experience with event management workflows and time-lines
  • Ability to track and report progress of multiple projects
  • Keen focus on details and demonstration of forward-thinking and assertiveness
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Basic video or audio editing/ production experience a plus
  • Track record delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Works well under pressure, maintaining self-composure and integrity
  • Basic knowledge of Mac systems (eg Keynote, Pages and Numbers)
  • Ability to show discretion with highly proprietary information
  • Familiarity with the Apple brand and products

Supports the Manager of Programing and Partnerships at the Steve Jobs Theater across multiple functions. Works closely with Manager, Programming & Partnerships to support the eventt management process for programming, accessibility/ localization services and post-production. Cross-functional collaboration with Worldwide Events team and various business organizations across the company. Creates and maintains post-production schedules, event plan-of-records for partners and other event planning processes. Some production tasks and other duties assigned. Adheres to Apple’s High production standards and codes of ethical conduct.

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,700 and $212,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
