We’re looking for a motivated Media Operations Intern to support three of our brands: Vegas Local, The Hey BigHead Show & Neon Blvd. This is a behind-the-scenes role focused on the daily operations that keep our media projects organized, on schedule, and running smoothly.

Hourly: $15–$20/hour

Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week

Location: Las Vegas (hybrid)

Responsibilities:

Assist with studio setup and breakdown for recordings.
Help coordinate schedules, guests, and production timelines.
Support the team with research and coordination for social and marketing (not content creation).
Track upcoming local events, local happenings, and show-related logistics to support planning.
Maintain simple trackers for:
recording schedule
guest pipeline (confirmed / pending / follow-up)
event calendar
Provide general administrative support across both brands.
Assist during live recordings and events with on-site tasks.

Requirements:

Must be able to come to the studio 2–3 times per week. Other days are remote.
Interest in digital media, podcasting, and local culture.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and take direction well.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Reliable and punctual.
Strong communication skills (text, email, follow-ups).

Nice to Have:

Experience with Google Drive, Google Calendar, and basic spreadsheets.
Familiarity with Las Vegas events, venues, and local businesses.
Prior exposure to podcasts, video production, or event support.
