Personal Assistant to High-Profile Family in the Entertainment Industry

Household Management

  • Run errands and complete various tasks as needed
  • Maintain household inventory and manage grocery shopping
  • Coordinate with household staff and service providers
  • Oversee property management tasks
  • Schedule and manage car maintenance and servicing
  • Assist with transportation needs


Office and Studio Space Management

The assistant will be responsible for keeping the studio spaces clean, organized, and functioning. 

  • Procure and manage supplies for office and studio spaces 
  • Maintain organization and order in work areas 
  • Oversee maintenance of studio spaces
  • Stock studio spaces with snacks and refreshments


Pet Care

  • Schedule and coordinate veterinary appointments
  • Occasionally assist with dog walking duties


Family Scheduling and Appointments

  • Manage and maintain the family calendar and the personal calendars of both principals
  • Manage prescriptions and schedule and coordinate doctor and medical appointments
  • Schedule and coordinate travel 


Travel Coordination

  • Organize and book travel arrangements for family members


Seasonal and Special Projects

  • Assist with summer activities, travel, and other special projects as they arise


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in household management or as a personal assistant
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must own a reliable vehicle
  • Live in Los Angeles area
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including some weekends
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Kind and empathetic personality
  • Self-motivated and driven to excel
  • Responsive and available on weekends as needed


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual salary: $70,000- $80,000 commensurate with experience
