KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Acting as the first point of contact for the CEO’s office  
  • Providing daily administrative assistance, such as managing calendars (prioritizing sensitive matters), scheduling calls, meetings, and reservations, and maintaining office filing and records 
  • Arranging flights, hotel, and Covid testing (as needed)  
  • Gathering and circulating agendas for monthly/quarterly meetings  
  • You coordinate meetings, organize and schedule large complex activities such as cross-functional events, business travel, and conferences  
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations  
  • Ad hoc research  
  • You will act as a liaison between Executives, Departments, and other key personnel  
  • Performing minor accounting duties, such as submitting expenses for reimbursement and monthly AMEX expense reports  
  • Providing administrative support to other Senior Management  
  • Assisting HR Manager with general office support  
  • Work alongside Management to maintain software licenses  


ABOUT YOU:


  • An interest in the entertainment industry  
  • Self-motivated with good organizational and communication skills and strong attention to detail  
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships  
  • Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint  
  • Ability to conduct research and present data in a succinct and well-written manner 
  • Ability to work independently and with professional discretion 
  • Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills  
  • Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills  
  • Fast learner with the ability to prioritize  
  • Ability to anticipate needs, be proactive, and apply sound judgment when making decisions 
  • Ability to work on location on a full-time basis

Salary Range:


$22.00- $24.00 per hour
