The Growth Product Payments team within Streaming’s Global Product & design Organization builds and operates product and features that drive acquisition and retention for our direct-to-consumer streaming brands.

We are looking for a Manager, Product Management to drive the vision and execution of a next-generation payments platform that powers seamless and secure payment experiences for our global streaming audiences on Max and Discovery Plus. In this critical role, you will define and deliver an innovative payment solution, expanding support for emerging payment methods, optimize processing, and ensure operational excellence across international markets.

You’ll lead a team or Product managers and direct a cross functional team including engineers, designers, data scientists, legal, and finance stakeholders, collaborating to deliver high-performance payment capabilities that delight customers and support our growth.

Responsibilities:

· Provide subject matter expertise in the payments domain to optimize payment processing, improve customer experience and unlock new revenue opportunities through new payment features, globally.

· Leverage a combination of internal and external data, such as market research, customer insights, competitor analysis and industry trends to identify business opportunities, building a strategy and roadmap that drives innovation, enhances customer experience and stays ahead of market demands.

· Own decision-making process for the payment roadmap, aligning priorities with business objectives and clearly communicating trade-offs and progress to stakeholders.

· Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, data science, engineering and other stakeholders to define requirements for new payment features.

· Partner with engineering teams to drive and execute the payment strategy, managing the end-to-end process from ideation to delivery.

· Hire, manage and develop a team of Product managers focussed on multiple functional areas

· Develop and monitor success metrics for key payment initiatives and ongoing operational health to enable data-driven decisions.

· Oversee the development and launch of payment features for local and global markets, working closely with engineering provide clarity, answer questions, and manage trade-offs to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications:

· 7+yrs of experience in product management with a focus on direct-to-consumer subscription payments.

· 3+ years’ experience managing three or more Senior Product managers

· Able to prioritize and articulate your product roadmap across business functions and geographies.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage colleagues and influence stakeholders, including Sr Leadership.

· An understanding of payment infrastructure, including end-to-end flow of money movement across acquiring, issuing, settlement and reconciliation processes.

· Experience working with global payments and Alternative payment methods for a subscription business.

· Additional experience working with Billing, Tax, Legal and compliance related features is desirable.

Shift Timings:- 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM IST
