About Us

Blue Coast is a creative agency and production company working with the world’s most recognizable consumer brands to create high-impact content, live broadcasts, convention booths, and experiential activations. We also operate a 10,000 sq ft studio facility in Burbank, CA.

Our team has grown through relationships, referrals, and great work. Now, we’re ready to bring on a Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to help us stay top of mind, stay organized, and stay growing.

What You’ll Do

You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, and organization — helping our team maintain momentum, show off our work, and follow through on new opportunities.

  • Manage and submit award entries for our projects (and build a calendar of deadlines)
  • Maintain our LinkedIn page — write and schedule posts that recap recent work and tag clients
  • Track outbound sales and networking efforts and work closely with executives to build relationships
  • Keep a calendar of upcoming industry events, conventions, and networking opportunities
  • Coordinate sales meetings and update a shared calendar
  • Help with outreach emails and appointment setting to key contacts in the industry

This is a hybrid role that requires creativity, detail, and initiative — you're not just waiting for instructions, you're helping us keep our foot on the gas.

You’re a Fit If You...

  • Have 1–3 years of experience in a creative agency, production studio, PR firm, or marketing team
  • Are comfortable writing short-form social content and client-facing outreach
  • Are organized with calendars, to-dos, and reminders — and help others stay on track
  • Know how to be professional while being human
  • Have a keen interest in creative production, marketing, entertainment, or events

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with LinkedIn management and social content
  • Familiarity with awards platforms in advertising, marketing, and production (e.g. Tellys, Webbys, Clio, Esports Awards, etc.)
  • Comfort using Google Workspace and CRM tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
