A fast-paced global influencer marketing firm is seeking a proactive, detail-obsessed EA to support its Managing Partner. Must have 3+ years of EA experience (ideally at an agency), strong communication skills, and a passion for pop culture and entertainment. Must be stylish, super proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment. Exciting opportunity!

Duties:

Heavy calendar + travel coordination

Admin, client, and light personal support

Assist with events, reports, and creative decks

Maintain project materials and stay up to date on trends

Requirements:

2+ years EA experience ideally

Highly organized, tech-savvy, and calm under pressure

Experience in marketing, entertainment, or supporting a founder is a plus

Must be thorough, fast-moving, and eager to grow with a collaborative team.
