We’re building the most strategic, well-informed, and engaged workforce in media. As talent attraction champions at NBCUniversal, the Talent Branding team tells the story of what it’s like to work at one of the world’s leading media and entertainment companies. You’ll join our Talent Acquisition Operations Team, reporting into Talent Branding (TB) where you’ll support the Manager, Talent Branding Partnerships. That means you’ll work closely with our internal partners to help tell the story of life at NBCU to our external audiences. You’ll also be assisting the rest of the TB team to help maintain our day-to-day tasks, bringing your creativity to our social platforms, internal platforms, external events and more. The best part? Your work will make a meaningful impact across NBCU’s global Talent Acquisition Team, helping to attract and maintain amazing talent, like yourself, across our portfolio of brands.

Job Duties:

  • You’ll get to know our internal teams like Corporate Communications, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, and Corporate Social Responsibility and keep your finger on the pulse to help spread the word about the latest NBCU happenings on social.
  • You’ll be the voice of our Employer brand and craft messages on LinkedIn, engaging candidates and employees alike.
  • You’ll be an expert in our branding guidelines and bring creativity to everything you do. Whether it’s editing videos or crafting graphics for external social campaigns – you’ll apply the ‘Here you can’ spirit in new and innovative ways.
  • You’ll get to chat with our colleagues across the globe to gather their stories about life at NBCU, collecting images, quotes and compile videos for internal and external initiatives.
  • You’ll develop new marketing creatives to tout all of NBCU’s accomplishments and own the process from ideation, development and approvals.
  • You’ll learn the in’s and out’s of our content management systems and Talent Brand owned platforms like the intranet, Careers Site, YouTube, and SharePoint. But you won’t just be conducting maintenance, you’ll actively pitch recommendations for content updates.
  • You’ll lead audit sessions across our internal and external platforms and hold the team accountable for making updates.
  • You’ll get to exercise your impressive organizational skills. You’ll be the keeper of our Recruiting event tracker, photo library, employee releases and more.
  • You’ll oversee our TA event inventory on-site in our 30 Rock offices and assist with our event process, including preparation of event materials, occasional shipping and swag creation.
  • You’ll apply your design skills to internal documents for the Global TA Organization such as PowerPoint presentations, SharePoint sites and training documents.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience, inclusive of internships working in Recruiting, HR or related experience
  • Fluent in Office 365 and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Experience with digital production and post-production tools (Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)  
  • Experience with social media as a marketing tool for a business or entity, creating digital content for various audiences and an understanding of social reporting
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

  • Agility and Adaptability: You possess a natural, yet professional ease at working with and relating to the needs of stakeholders in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Collaboration: You find fun in the challenge and working together. You actively seek out and bring big ideas to the table.
  • NBCUniversal brand enthusiast: Whether you’re a Bravo fanatic or start each morning with The Today Show, you’ll be working with over 20 different businesses, and the amazing talent behind them. As the Talent Branding Team, we think that’s pretty cool.

Additional Details:

  • Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
