About the Role & Team
Client Connect is the strategic team in Client Partnerships, responsible for CLIENT RESPONSE, creating client-first solutions across STREAMING, ENTERTAINMENT, MULTICULTURAL and CROSS-PORTFOLIO to drive and maximize revenue.
Reporting into a Senior Manager, Client Connect, this role will be responsible for delivering client response within one category, collaborating with team members, peers and partners across sales and solutions teams to create custom innovative client-first ideas, proposals, and presentations that deliver against the goals and objectives of the advertising partners. In addition, may provide project leadership to Client Connect projects as a part of category client response with a focus on addressable.
What You Will Do
Respond to sales requests and develop custom client RFP proposals
Collaborate with a variety of internal/external partners, contributing to the development of market leading ad sales opportunities and sponsorship programs that drive client KPIs
Work with campaign management teams to ensure smooth transition from pre- to post-sale
Require Qualification & Skills
3+ years of experience in media marketing and/or promotions with proven track record in Ad Sales marketing, media planning, and sponsorships
Expert in PowerPoint; skilled in Excel and Google Docs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strategic and creative idea development skills and obsessive attention to detail
Proactive with the ability to multitask and balance a demanding workload
Resourceful, solutions-oriented, and self-motivated
Bachelor’s degree preferred

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $89,900 to $120,500 per year and in Chicago, IL is $85,800 to $115,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
